Terri Court Condominiums

This is a condo conversion project of 24 homes in 2008. This is a great case study whereby the only condo units that sold were the staged model units. The developer was constantly selling the staged model unit and we would move the furniture to a new unit which would then sell. The staged model makes potential buyers feel comfortable, welcome and emotionally connected to the home.
